General Information
We provide care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old. Our programs include Infants, Toddlers, Early Pre-K, Pre-K, After-School Care, and Summer Camp.
FACES Early Learning Academy is open Monday through Friday from 5:45 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on weekends and major national holidays.
We are conveniently located at 5180 Middleground Road, Louisville, GA 30434. Our facility features safe drop-off zones and secure outdoor play areas.
Admissions & Tuition
Our enrollment process begins with a center tour. Following the tour, you will be provided with an enrollment packet. To secure your child's spot, you must submit the completed packet, immunization records (Form 3231), and the registration fee.
Yes! We proudly accept Private Pay, CAPS (Childcare and Parent Services), and the BOOST program to help make quality education accessible for all families.
Availability fluctuates throughout the year. If a specific classroom is full, we maintain an active waitlist. We recommend applying as early as possible. Please contact our director for current availability.
Health & Safety
We take security very seriously. Our facility features secure entry points, continuous video monitoring, and strict ID checks for anyone picking up a child. All staff members undergo comprehensive background checks and are CPR/First Aid certified.
To protect all children, we require kids to be symptom and fever-free (without medication) for 24 hours before returning to the academy. If a child becomes ill during the day, parents will be contacted for immediate pick-up.
No, infants and toddlers are not expected to be potty trained. Our educators work in partnership with parents to support the potty training process when a child shows readiness. Children entering our Pre-K program should be fully potty trained.
Routine & Curriculum
We believe children learn best through play and hands-on discovery. Our curriculum is designed to support the whole child—balancing cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development to ensure kindergarten readiness.
Yes! We provide a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. All meals meet USDA nutritional guidelines. For infants, parents provide formula/breastmilk, and we work with you on introducing solid foods.
Yes. All toddler and preschool classrooms have a designated quiet/nap time after lunch (typically between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM). Infants rest according to their own individual schedules.
